Scarborough Athletic FC - New Management Team For The Reserves

Seadog Blog is delighted to see that a new management team is now in place for Scarborough Athletic reserves.

Steve Brennan is the new manager and his assistant manager will be Adam Stubbs.

Brennan is the current manager and founder of the East Coast Futsal side, and will continue in that role, forming a new partnership between SAFC and the Futsal team.

Stubbs is a former local league player also, who has featured for the Futsal team as a player. He also featured as a trialist in Boro's first ever fixture against Edgehill, coming on as a second half sub.

The reserves will be playing in the Humber Premier League Division One next season and will be hoping to step up a gear - in the last two seasons the reserves have finished mid-table.

A big boost is that the reserves will be playing much closer to home this season - at FC Filey's Sports Complex rather than the "out-of-sight-and-out-of-mind" scenario they suffered when having to play in Hutton Cranswick.
