Apparently the Seadogs put in plenty of effort today on a boggy pitch but could make few inroads against a strong Farsley outfit that contain several players who played for the previous Farsley Celtic at Conference & Conference North level (in old money).
It means Boro have suffered another "double" defeat as the Leeds men triumphed 1-2 at Queensgate back in August.
Being realistic, It probably means Scarborough Athletic can forget about promotion for this season. Boro now need to win just about every game left and hope that 4 or 5 clubs at the top lose form big-style and I just cannot see that happening - can you?
