Seadog Blog is still in a state of shock.
Last Saturday with just 20 minutes remaining Scarborough Athletic lead Hallam 4-0 and were in cruise control. Returnee Richard Medcalf had notched a hat-trick and all looked rosy in the Seadog world. It could have been 8-0 and no one would have batted an eyelid.
And then.................... Scarborough Athletic succumbed to the mother of all collapses, conceding goals in the 70th, 75th, 76th & 90th minutes to leave everybody in the ground absolutely gobsmacked.
A draw snatched from the jaws of victory. I still cannot believe it.
The Seadogs have a chance for a quick atonement tonight when they travel to Thackley FC to play for a semi-final berth in the NCEL Presidents Cup - Come on Boro!
